Return Process

  Log into your NR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
